I am Sophie
A certified life coach based in the Swan Valley, Perth. My journey is one of resilience, transformation, and growth-from overcoming the challenges of being a homeless, uneducated foster care leaver in England, to building a successful, fulfilling life here in Perth.
I could list a bunch of things that would make me look "successful", but what I want you to know about me is that I truly care about people.
My unique life story fuels my dedication to supporting you in creating lasting change and empowering you to thrive no matter your past.

❤️🔥 Watch this girl go! Better still walk & listen! I found her event randomly, but if you like a meaningful, friendly, safe, casual stroll & chat, look up this lovely girl. I’m sure you’ll be glad you did. I didn’t know what to expect but as we met and ventured out I was relaxed, and enjoyed our beach path walk immensely. I’ve just arrived on holiday from Brisbane, and today was my first go-see of what Perth has to offer. So glad of such a beaut person to spend it with!

"I had been feeling really unmotivated in life. Everything was fine but I felt I was at a stand still. I was apprehensive about coaching, I don’t like feel exposed and opening up about what you want to change is quite intimidating. I still wanted to light a fire under my arse to do something about the things in life I wasn’t happy with. I needed to give myself a chance. I didn’t expect it to completely change my relationship with myself, how I spoke to myself, the space I gave myself, the time I put aside to to things to make me happy and not everyone around me. Everything else has slowly start to click in place. I’m more confident at work, I approach issues differently. The relationships around me have improved too. Life coaching is not therapy but creating the time to improve on yourself certainly feels like it is."
